May 17, International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.
We start with its definition: what is homophobia, transphobia and biphobia?
Homophobia is the fear, hatred, discomfort, or mistrust of gay and lesbian people. Biphobia towards bisexual people and transphobia towards transgender people.
This group continues to fight for their rights since they are often harassed by people who do not accept difference.
At Perfume's Club we want to give visibility and help to the cause, therefore, for each order placed on May 17, we will donate €0.5.
With which association are we going to collaborate?
Ben Amics is a Lesbian, Gay, Trans, Bisexual and Intersex Association of the Balearic Islands, it is a non-profit association legally constituted and registered in 1994 that combats the situation of legal and social discrimination suffered by people of the LGTBI collective. They are a team of people who work to achieve full equality and respect from society towards affective-sexual and gender diversity.
What areas do they work?
Support Ben Amics makes various services available to you anonymously, confidentially and free of charge.
